Freddie Satterfield started Satterfield Paving in 1974. His son, Trent, spent 25+ years working beside him — running crews, laying asphalt, learning the trade the only way it can be learned — before taking over the company in 2008 and selling it in 2018.
That same year, Trent started Satterfield Construction Inc. The company spent five years building custom homes, then, in 2023, returned to the family trade: sealcoating, striping, paving, and concrete. Today, Trent and Jettson Satterfield run both divisions, taking on commercial lots and home builds.
